Have you ever heard people talking about having a gratitude practice?
And about how important it is, but you have no idea where to start or how to do it? I’ve put together a list of 30 ideas to take your gratitude practice to the next level. Let’s start with why it’s important to practice gratitude. I’m always going to be real with you – so let’s go straight to the science. You can google the benefits of having a gratitude practice and you will get a whole lot of information about it improving mental health and well-being, making you happier, lowering stress levels, delivering self-care, and creating clarity for the important things in life.
But besides all that – appreciation of yourself and of all others (people and things) in your life is the highest vibrational frequency you can emit. This is where Universe has room to send you all the good stuff. The more consistently you can genuinely practice gratitude and stay in that state, the easier it gets for your desires to come to you. Now we’re all human and we can’t stay in a state of gratitude permanently. Not when life is happening around us. That’s why Abraham Hicks says “Get in, feel good, get out”. Which is also why so many of us make it a habit to practice getting onto this vibrational frequency daily. Personally, I have a gratitude journal and I write in it every morning. The Power of gratitude has done immeasurable things in my life and I hold it very sacredly. It’s allowed me to look at the world through a different set of eyes and fall in love with so many things that I would never have thought about twice before.
